TRUST & CRAFTSMANSHIP

We personally handle every part of the process, from the initial design sketches to the final hand-finishing, ensuring the kind of quality, care, and service you won’t find in mass-produced jewellery.

Our clients come to us for pieces that are personal, meaningful, and truly one-of-a-kind. When you commission something with us, you know it’s yours alone.
We keep alive a relationship that’s rare these days: direct, one-on-one collaboration between artist, artisan, and you.

OVER 25 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

With more than two decades of experience and a deep background in custom work, we know how to bring your ideas to life. From fine craftsmanship to clear communication, we make the process easy and personal, and we stand by our work every step of the way.

Since we design and make everything in-house, every detail is carefully considered. That dedication has become our trademark.

REMODELLING IS OUR SPECIALTY

Custom design and remodelling are at the heart of what we do. Whether you’re reimagining a family heirloom or starting something new, we work in gold and platinum using fine natural gemstones, either from our own curated collection or stones you already treasure.

We can also recycle your old gold jewellery, applying its value directly toward your new creation. Learn how it works here.

Every piece is proudly designed and handcrafted by us in our Toronto studio at 366 Adelaide Street East.

our bio

The origin of Christian Hasler and Helen Kim-Hasler as a team in life and in the creation of jewellery is found in their love for gemstones. Both after graduating in 1991 from the Gemological Institute of America in Santa Monica they concluded that a partnership would be most appropriate for the creation of unique hand made jewellery. Based in Toronto, they warmly welcome their customers in their studio showroom at 366 Adelaide Street East to design and custom make creations in silver, gold and platinum. They both won a De Beers Diamonds Today Award for their work in 1995. The first time this world renowned award is given to a couple for their individual achievement. Born and raised in Geneva, Switzerland. “Christian brings his Swiss rigor and typical European elegance to our creations” says Helen. Qualities largely influenced by the first five years of his career creating and manufacturing model pieces for companies such as Chopard and Piaget after obtaining his Master Certificate with Honors from “Les Arts Décoratifs” of Geneva in 1986. “Helen’s work is a unique mixture of Oriental refinement with modern contemporary fashion” says Christian about his wife. Helen is a graduate of George Brown College’s goldsmith and jewellery design programs in Toronto and her creations have already been recognized winning the prestigious Editor’s Choice Award and De Beers’ Women Designing for Women competitions. From 1996 to 1999 both Helen and Christian shared their passion for design at the Faculty of Creative Work of George Brown College in Toronto. Their collections won a Merit Award from the Rosen Group. The Royal Canadian Academy of Art selected their work for the Exhibition Arts 2000. Christian’s ring was a 2001 Niche Award Finalist. Since 1996, amateurs of unique hand made creations are able to discover their new collections every Spring and Christmas One of A Kind Show.
