Return Period

We are confident you will appreciate our work but we understand that sometimes appearances and volumes are different on your person than what you viewed on the screen.

Only our “Collection” sale products can be returned for an exchange or refund. Our products are handmade and often unique, for that reason we ask you to inform us within 5 business days of delivery or pick up. Returned product must be in our possession within 15 business days. Please read Return Shipping Instructions below.

Unfortunately, all “Custom” order product sales are final. At this time we cannot accept refunds or exchanges.

Please make sure to read the item description to know if your item (s) can be returned.

Exchange and Refund

We accept our creations returned for refund or exchange in our Toronto showroom or by courier.

Exchange: When returning a product for an exchange, we will issue a credit note for the full value of your original order.  

Refund: At this time, we can not absorb any shipping costs, original shipping cost and return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount of the returned item (s). Please note that return shipping costs may be higher than rate charged when ordering item (s).

Some online payment systems do not refund us credit card processing fees charged during payment transactions. We reserve the right to deduct any credit card processing fees, in full or in part, if we cannot receive a refund from the online payment system used.
We are only able to refund the credit card account or PayPal account used during the original purchase.

Even after our creations are returned and refunded, Customers are still responsible for any taxes and duties applicable in their country.

Return Shipping Instructions

We will email you a shipping return label that you must use for the return. We will not accept returns shipped with a different carrier or method.

Make sure item (s) are in their original boxes or bags and that enough padding protect the returned item (s). Our products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition. We will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

We will email you special packaging instructions for insured value shipment over CAD $2000.00
