Shipping Terms Refund
Any of our creations over $1000.00 is shipped via FedEx, 1/2 business days service, within Canada , USA and Europe. All shipments are trackable and insured at no extra cost and will require signature upon delivery.
Regular Canada Post Service is available as a second option for our creations under $1000.00. Please note this service is uninsured.
Please allow 2/3 business days for us to prepare and ship any of our creations sold via our online store.
Ship to address: For insurance purpose and accelerate payment processing we ask our Customers to only use the address associated to your method of payment (Credit Card or PayPal account).
Customers are responsible for any taxes and duties applicable in their country on all products purchased from our online store.
Please contact us by Email if you need a special service, we will try to accommodate you and quote you a new shipping cost.
Unfortunately, we have no control for any delays that may happen during shipping and cannot guarantee delivery time.

Our most important goal is to make sure our customers are always happy with our creations.
Since we design and handcraft all our creations ourselves, we always guarantee the quality of our craftsmanship and materials we used.
We will try our very best to meet any concerns you may have on a case by case basis. We are confident you will appreciate our work but we understand that sometimes appearances and volumes are different on your person than on the screen.
Our “Collection – In Stock” items can be returned within 5 business days after delivery.
Unfortunately, all “Custom” order sales are final. No exchanges.
First, we ask our Customers to inform us of any return decision by Email at contact@HASLERANDKIM.COM within 5 business days.
We will email you a shipping return label that you must use for the return. We will not accept returns shipped with a different carrier.
Make sure item (s) are in their original boxes or bags and that enough padding protect the returned item (s). Any damaged or worn items will be charged an additional restocking fee, We solely reserved the right to decide the restocking fee amount value based on our assessment of damage (s).
We will email you special packaging instructions for insured value shipment over $2000.00
At this time, we can not absorb shipping cost and will not reimburse the original shipping cost and return shipping cost; both will be deducted from the price of the returned item (s). Please note that return shipping costs may be higfull refund her than rate charged when ordering item (s).
Even after our creations are returned and refunded, Customers are still responsible for any taxes and duties applicable in their country.
We are only able to refund the credit card account or PayPal account used during the original purchase.
